Depending on your own personal style, yourwedding hairstyleneeds to be able to do certain things. For some people, that means facilitating the attachment of a veil that doesn't appear contrived or feel downright uncomfortable. Cue the most elaborate topknot you've ever seen. This voluminous updo allows plenty of room to fix a veil at the back and, as the bride-to-be in the photo opposite proves, it also looks gorgeous with glitzy accessories! Teamed with subtle eye makeup and a glowing complexion, this style will help you to look and feel like the best version of yourself on one of the biggest days of your life.

If you would like to try it on for size ahead of your big day, all you have to do is follow the simple tutorial below. Who knows, this hairstyle could be the one!

Step one

Brush your hair through then spray the roots with Advanced Hairstyle BOOST IT High Lift Creation Spray by L'Oréal Paris. Massage your scalp with your fingertips and tease the hair close to the root if necessary to build some extra height.

Step two

Gently brush all your hair up into a high ponytail and secure with a hair tie.

Step three

Split the pony into a several large sections then loop and pin them around the hair tie, camouflaging it as you go. You can curl each piece with a large curling iron first if it makes things easier. To add more volume and create a more textured look, you can tease them, too.
